How long will my order take?
- All orders are made completely on-demand in your size and design preference. It can take 7-10 business days to create your order, as soon as it ships you will receive tracking to the email you used to place your order with.
Returns & Exchanges
- At Dear NICU Mama, all of our items are created on-demand in the size and design you order. As a small nonprofit organization, this allows us to steward our resources wisely while continuing to serve NICU families across the country. We appreciate your understanding and support of these practices.
- All books are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Due to the nature of printed books and our small-batch production model, we are unable to accept returns once books have shipped.
- Because all of our orders are made for you on-demand (in your size, design and color preference) All sales are final and returns are not accepted.
- If you would like to request an exchange for unworn and unwashed items, please initiate the process within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing shop@dearnicumama.com with the following information:

- Name
- Item(s) you’re requesting to exchange
- Reason for the exchange
- Item(s) you’d like to exchange for (size, color, etc.)

- A member of our team will respond with the return address and next steps. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once your exchange item ships, we will provide you with tracking information. Please allow 7–10 business days for the exchange process.
- In the event of damaged or defective orders,, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We want you to have a perfectly made order as it should be. Emailing shop@dearnicumama.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Name
- Item from your order that is damaged or defective
- Photos of the item and of the shipping material
- We will be back in touch with you ASAP
- Every purchase from our shop directly supports our mission of ensuring no NICU mom walks alone. Thank you for supporting our small nonprofit and for your understanding as we continue to grow with care and intention.
